Job summary

Andy Mohr Volkswagen - Avon, IN is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of finance professionals, optimize the selling process and ensure compliant eContracting of every eligible deal.

You will track lender portfolios, coordinate with sales, and set schedules to deliver efficient, high-quality financing services while protecting the dealership’s best interests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record with results.
• High performer with automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance managers to generate income.
• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration.
• Ensure that every eligible deal is eContracted.
• Rehash all deals.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals, as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department.
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership’s best interests as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate income by leading a team of finance managers

Development/Training

• Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service (CSI)
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule
• Make sure the finance department is properly staffed
• Establish a weekly training schedule for finance managers
• Schedule one-on-one trainingwithfinance managerson a weekly basis
• Review sales managers’ finance numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

QualificationsQualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record with proof of results
• High performer
• Prior automotive experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
