Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance/FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and Board reporting.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Strong communicator who can manage up.
• Comfortable building structure in a fast-paced environment.
