Job summary

Netflix, Inc. is seeking a Finance M&A Integration Manager for a hybrid role based in Los Angeles or Los Gatos, with options for remote work part-time. You will lead cross‑functional finance integration workstreams from due diligence through Day1/Day100, coordinating with Core Finance, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Product & Technology.

Travel may be international. The role requires 7+ years in finance, 5+ years in finance project management, and 3+ years leading M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• 7+ years in finance or finance systems.
• 5+ years finance project or program management.
• 3+ years leading Finance M&A integrations, including due diligence support, Day1 planning, and post‑close integration.
• CPA or any professional finance accreditation is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program Management Lead finance integration workstreams for M&A transactions across multiple finance domains.
• Ensure controls, processes, and reporting capabilities are operational at close.
• Maintain a modular Finance Integration Playbook with checklists and templates.
• Manage risks and mitigate issues impacting project milestones.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide status updates to executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams to deliver integration solutions.
