Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Architect for Finance and Legal Technologies to define and deliver the technology architecture strategy across Finance and Legal functions. This role will modernize core enterprise systems including NetSuite/Oracle, Conga, Anaplan, and Xactly, while leveraging AI/ML, NLP, and intelligent automation for predictive insights and streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification is a plus.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time as an Architect or Principal in ERP/FP&A/CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture for Finance and Legal applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end architectural solutions for Finance and Legal systems, ensuring integration, scalability, and performance across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year modernization roadmap for ERP, FP&A, Legal, and Sales Compensation systems.
• Ensure systems are designed with identity-first security principles and IAM integrations.
• Architect and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize finance and legal processes and enable predictive insights.
• Partner with Enterprise AI to operationalize AI/ML solutions within G&A functions.
• Collaborate on data strategy: integrate ERP, Coupa, Scout, Anaplan, Conga, Xactly with APIs/Middleware.
• Lead governance for data privacy, SOX, and access control across Finance and Legal systems.
• Drive innovation by embedding NLP and LLM capabilities into core processes and automation.
