Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Gain proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Build long-term relationships by listening to needs and recommending best services.
• Present optional products to customers.
• Contact customers about payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager to exceed branch goals.
• Support management duties: delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
