Job summary

Fifth Third Bank's Finance and Accounting Leadership Program (FALP) in Cincinnati offers an entry-level, full-time rotation across key financial and accounting functions. Participants will build financial reporting packages, support forecasting and budgeting, and analyze variances while developing leadership skills within a two-year program.

Ideal candidates are Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA, internship experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduate eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Minimum GPA 3.0 required.
Internship and/or co-op experience.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

Build, analyze, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders.
Support monthly forecasting processes across business units and contribute to the annual budgeting cycle.
Conduct financial variance analysis to identify trends and document impact on performance.
Assist in financial analysis including monthly reports and investigation of unusual items.
Document and implement improvements to existing reports and processes.
