Fifth Third Bank invites talented graduates to join the Risk Leadership Program (RLP) in Cincinnati. The program offers four rotations over 24 months, exposing participants to Operational Risk, Compliance, Credit Risk, Market Risk, and data analytics with governance and oversight emphasis.

Mentorship, formal feedback, and leadership development are core elements. Participants rotate among teams, contribute to key initiatives, and present a formal rotation summary.

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree with a spring 2026 or earlier graduation date.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Internship or co-op experience in business/risk-related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to gain broad exposure to risk disciplines.
• Develop risk reports and present findings at rotations’ end.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to advance learning and project work.
• Support governance, oversight, and data analytics initiatives within the Risk division.
• Participate in community service and networking within the Risk Leadership Program.
