What You’ll Actually Do

• Financial Reporting: Build, analyze, and distribute comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.
• Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Provide critical analysis and support for the monthly forecasting processes across business units and actively contribute to the annual budgeting cycle.
• Performance and Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough financial variance analysis to identify key trends, investigate discrepancies, and document their impact on business performance.
• Execution of Financial Analysis: Assist in the practical execution of financial analysis, including preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports and investigating and documenting unusual items or fluctuations.
• Process and Report Enhancement: Document, evaluate, and implement improvements to the design of existing reports and processes, ensuring analytical tools and methodologies evolve with business changes.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, seeking to develop leadership skills in the financial sector.
• Experience: Must be a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduate authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 required, and solid candidates should have relevant internship and/or co-op experience.
• Skills: Demonstrates entry-level use and basic familiarity with software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and aptitude to learn internal general ledger, reconciliation, and reporting systems; possesses professional customer service skills; capable of solving routine problems following defined procedures; able to manage own time to meet deadlines; and capable of completing work with guidance.
• Bonus: Prior experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred but not required.
