Johnson and Johnson is offering an MBA Leadership Development Program designed to develop future Finance leaders through rotational assignments, training, and coaching. Graduates from a full-time MBA program between August 2025 and August 2026 are encouraged to apply.

This four-year program provides participants with on-the-job experiences and opportunities to gain skills for roles at the finance director level and beyond. The base pay is $132,000 per year, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate student enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between August 2025 and August 2026.
• A minimum of 5 years full-time professional or military experience is required.
• Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diverse rotational assignments within finance.
• Participate in targeted trainings and coaching.
• Develop foundation of finance and business acumen.
