Job summary

Citi is seeking high-potential MBAs or Masters graduates for its Financial Management Associate (FMA) rotational program in the US. You will rotate across Corporate Finance, Finance, and related disciplines, building breadth and depth while working with senior leaders.

The 24-month program features three 8-month rotations, global training, and exposure to Citi Finance priorities. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and analytical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Accounting/Finance required or in progress.
• Will graduate between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Professional certifications such as CPA/CFA/FRM are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across Corporate Finance.
• Engage in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop leadership capabilities.
