Mitsubishi Power Americas is offering a 24-month Finance Rotation Program designed to launch a career in corporate accounting, AP/AR, manufacturing finance, FP&A, and project finance.

Participants must relocate every six months to assigned locations (Latham, NY; Glastonbury, CT; Lake Mary, FL; Orlando, FL) and complete all four rotations with full commitment. This entry program emphasizes analytical and financial skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree completed within 12 months before program start in June 2027. A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; Economics, Business, or closely related fields will also be considered.
• : Minimum 3.5 undergraduate cumulative GPA.
• : Program commitment requiring four six-month rotations over 24 months; locations are mandatory.
• : Must qualify as a U.S. Person and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• : Proficiency in Excel and MS Office with ability to work with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates core competencies: action-oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, ownership.
• Complete four six-month rotations across program locations and schedule.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, monthly financial reviews, and period-end close.
• Prepare recurring/ad hoc reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Partner with finance, accounting, operations, engineering, supply chain, and business leaders to provide timely financial insight.
