Job summary

Fortive Corporation is recruiting for the Advanced Sterilization Products Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP), an entry-level 2-year rotational finance program based in Irvine. You will rotate through Accounting, FP&A, and other strategic finance roles, leading projects that drive business value and develop both technical finance skills and partnership capabilities.

Qualifications

GPA 3.5+ preferred
Majors: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership through internships, campus involvement, projects, or work experience
Interest in developing both technical finance expertise and business partnership capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Complete three cross-functional rotations in finance (Accounting, FP&A, and strategic finance functions).
Lead an intensive project during each rotation to drive impact.
Develop forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting capabilities while partnering with business teams.
