Azuria Water Solutions, Inc. seeks an upcoming graduate to join its Finance Leadership Program (FLP) as a Financial Analyst.

The program includes four 6-month rotations across FP&A, Supply Chain, Controllership, Operational Finance, Treasury and Corporate Development, located in Tampa, Batesville/Oxford, Chesterfield, or field offices. Participants will work with senior leadership, receive formal training, and gain a holistic experience across disciplines, with priority for open finance roles

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional partners.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the company’s financial performance through preparation and review of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts by working with stakeholders within the business.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in special finance projects and initiatives, providing valuable contributions to the team.

Azuria is seeking a motivated upcoming graduate with a strong work ethic to join our Finance Leadership Program (FLP) as a Financial Analyst. FLP's will complete 4 rotations across the FP&A, Supply Chain, Controllership, Operational Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Development disciplines over a 2 year period. Each rotation will be 6 months in duration, located in Tampa, Batesville/Oxford, Chesterfield, or field office locations. Rotations will consist of rigorous responsibilities and deliverables that will allow the FLP to gain meaningful experience across the various finance disciplines. In addition, program members will interact with senior leadership and formalized training.
