Job summary

Target's Finance Leadership Development Program offers a 10-week, project-based MBA Finance internship designed to develop future leaders. Interns act as financial consultants and partners to internal clients across Merchandising, Stores, Advertising, Supply Chain, and Technology Services, delivering a project and presenting results to leadership.

You'll gain training, mentorship, and exposure to strategic priorities, with opportunities to shadow leaders, drive analysis, and develop leadership

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in first year of Business School with 4–9 years of work experience.
• MBA candidate with strong analytical and leadership potential.
• Interest in finance, strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
