Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is launching the 2027 Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) in El Paso, TX. This full-time, 30-month program targets recent graduates to develop into finance leaders through two major rotations across Johnson & Johnson businesses and locations.

You will undertake training, coaching, and practical finance work in areas such as FP&A, General Accounting, and Treasury, with potential cross-business exposure and the opportunity to pursue CMA/CPA certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher with leadership examples.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Word).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Dual United States & Mexican citizenship is required.
• Willing to temporarily relocate within the United States for a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 30-month program built for recent graduates to grow into future finance leaders.
• Build leadership and technical skills through hands-on rotations, formal training, and ongoing coaching.
• Two rotations: 18 months in El Paso/Juarez, 12 months in New Jersey/Pennsylvania locations across finance areas.
