Job summary

Aramark Destinations is offering an entry-level leadership program role in the MAP, designed to develop the next generation of Aramark leaders. The position places you in one of Aramark's Lines of Business and combines hands-on experience with mentorship and cohort-based learning.

As an Assistant Controller, you will oversee financial operations, work with general managers, and develop a finance team while contributing to reporting, forecasting, and compliance tasks across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed prior to start.
• Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Proven leadership through internships, campus activities, or prior work experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Manage one or more Finance professionals; provide direction and coaching for career growth.
• Oversee Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spend, AOP, client deliverables, A/P, A/R, Cash & Banking, and tax/compliance tasks.
• Accommodate internal and external auditors.
• Ensure proper internal controls to support SOX compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
