Qualifications

• Leadership experience outside of the classroom.
• Strong communication abilities, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: GPA 3.2+ at graduation.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and functional skills across finance domains such as FP&A, management reporting, and investment accounting.
• Rotate through two-year assignments to build financial acumen and industry knowledge.
• Participate in a structured learning curriculum and develop role-based proficiencies.
• Contribute to supplemental project work for practical experience and skill enhancement.
• Prepare for key Finance roles within The Hartford after graduation.
