Job summary

Travelers invites you to join its Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) internship in Hartford, CT. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple finance disciplines, build technical skills, and engage in development programming, networking, and mentoring opportunities with senior leaders.

Housing subsidies are available for eligible students, with internships running early June through summer end. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA 3.4+ preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-world exposure in accounting and controllership, auditing and internal controls, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting and modeling, corporate audit or corporate tax.
• Complete projects to build technical skills, business insight, and professional competencies, including using AI tools with careful evaluation of outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
