Job summary

Resume Skip seeks an experienced Finance Manager Europe to lead our European finance operations, shaping financial strategy and processes across multiple entities. You will manage the European finance team, partner with global stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA or comparable qualification is a plus.
• Experience in FP&A and consolidation/Group accounting.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Finance process improvement, digitalization, and automation expertise.
• Excellent English and German business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with local and global teams to align financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead process optimization and automation initiatives within the finance function.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the European finance team.
• Own the annual budgeting and regular forecasting process for the group.
• Reporting, analyzing and monitoring group performance with focus on top line.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead projects in finance including tax planning and compliance.
• Global cash forecasting for the group.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB in-house; IFRS via external partner).
• Oversee SSC partnership in Asia; audit process coordination; ensure statutory and international tax compliance.
• Implement and integrate LucaNet for consolidation and reporting.
• Ensure accurate group consolidation across Germany, UK, Australia, and the Philippines.
