Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance for the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. This role leads financial operations, partnering with resort leadership and association boards to influence decision making.

You will manage month-end close, reporting, and financial controls across hotel divisions, while mentoring the accounting team and ensuring timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Hospitality accounting experience preferred in hotels or resorts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly accounting close with journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee Spa and F&B accounting including budgets, variances, and cost controls.
• Provide HOA and Master Association accounting oversight, budgets, forecasts, and board reporting.
• Analyze financial results and present insights to property leadership and boards.
• Supervise Accounting Manager and ensure deadlines and standards are met.
