Job summary

Dynamic Family Office seeks a Controller or VP Finance with 7-10+ years of leadership experience to guide centralized accounting for a multi-portfolio group across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, grocery and commercial real estate. Reports to the owner and partners with Controllers, Operations and Sales teams.

Ideal candidate has GAAP proficiency, strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and a proven track record setting up controls and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting oversight in a Controller, Accounting Manager or VP Finance role, working with multiple sectors.
• Experience with retail, industrial assets, distribution, and manufacturing.
• Strong accounting discipline and ability to set up financial controls.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong communication with associates, senior leaders and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized accounting for portfolio companies across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, grocery and real estate.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including investor reporting.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and support system improvement initiatives for the group.
• Set up financial controls, processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with Controllers, Operations, and Sales teams.
