Singularity Defense Corp. in Gardena, CA is seeking a VP/SVP of Finance with a clear path to CFO to own the entire finance function and partner with the CEO.

This is the senior-most finance seat, built to drive the business from initial contracts through mass production while maintaining rigorous financial discipline. You will lead FP&A, treasury, and controls, own budgeting and debt facilities, and prepare for venture fundraising with a data-driven, cross-functional approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of a finance function, with budgeting, burn, runway, and spend controls
• Experience leading or playing a central role in institutional fundraises, including diligence
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Excellent cross-functional communicator with CEO, board, and technical leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Own all finance functions end-to-end: FP&A, accounting, treasury, controls, tax, audit, and reporting
• Build the financial roadmap from first contract to mass production and cash flow positive
• Prepare the company for venture fundraise and debt financing, manage data room diligence
• Structure and manage the full debt stack for a scaling hardware business
• Own budgeting across the company and defend the operating plan
• Build financial models and scenario plans for growth, downside, and acceleration
