Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive accounting and finance experience; significant experience in construction accounting, required.
• Proven success leading and developing accounting or finance teams, with experience building scalable systems and processes.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including familiarity with systems such as: Acumatica, Sage Intacct, Procore, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential.
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the company’s finance and accounting function to support growth and operational performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, monthly close, and cash flow planning.
• Manage WIP, job cost, and revenue recognition processes.
• Oversee the effectiveness of financial and operational IT systems and data integration across the organization.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
