Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in senior financial management, construction preferred.
• Proven experience with draw schedules, loan requisitions, and funding with lenders/investors.
• Strong cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Extensive experience with Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations including draw schedules and loan requisitions.
• Ensure cash flow management and strategies to optimize profitability.
• Develop and oversee budgets and forecasts to meet targets.
• Lead month-end close and prepare compliant financial statements.
• Oversee capital allocation to deploy resources effectively.
• Utilize Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks to streamline finances.
• Provide strategic financial input to support decisions.
• Ensure audit compliance and maintain relationships with auditors and lenders.
