Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting connected products, consumer technology, IoT, software-enabled hardware, SaaS, or other technology-driven businesses.
• Demonstrated success building financial capabilities, processes, and reporting structures in high-growth, emerging, or transformational environments.
• Experience operating in organizations that balance entrepreneurial innovation with public company governance and financial discipline.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders across engineering, product, commercial, operations, and executive teams.
• Proven track record leading and developing teams through change.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to navigate competing priorities among senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build the Finance Infrastructure to support a growing Connected Products business.
• Partner with Connected Water, Connected Security, and Technology leadership to drive investments.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and governance processes.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
• Deliver concise financial insights to senior leaders and executives.
• Balance long-term capability building with short-term business commitments.
