Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is seeking a Finance Director to safeguard assets and drive profitability through strategic financial leadership. You will partner with senior management to implement policies, deliver timely reporting, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Based in Jackson Hole, WY, you will oversee financial planning, controls, and compliance while supporting guest experiences with world-class financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance Management.
• Finance or Hospitality Management degree preferred.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Finance to safeguard hotel assets and optimize profitability.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining financial policies, internal controls, and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise and develop the Finance team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
