Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related professional-services environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning projects or strategic initiatives.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and business trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain complex financial and analytical models.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address complex financial and business questions.
• Lead firmwide and cross-functional financial projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop standardized reporting and analytical tools that improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.
