Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, CS, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise planning solutions.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the enterprise SAC Administration Guide and docs.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions with developers and SMEs.
• Translate recordings into structured administrative documentation.
• Ensure docs are current, audit-ready, and aligned to production functionality.
• Manage document version control, approvals, reviews, and archival.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories and governance materials.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and quality controls.
• Develop governance docs and operational procedures.
• Partner with development teams to reflect functionality in docs.
• Lead planning cycles (Plan, LRP, LBEs) including P&L, headcount, balance sheet and capex.
• Prepare variance analysis and management reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounting Shared Service on monthly close and reporting.
• Provide insights into drivers of performance and risk; inform priorities.
• Lead financial reviews and approvals (POs and invoices).
• Lead ad hoc analysis, projects, and process improvements.
• May supervise direct reports.
