Job summary

SHINE Technologies, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with department heads, translate financial results into operational language, and ensure budget accountability across the organization. You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget-to-actual cycles, maintain a live 12-month OpEx forecast, and manage headcount and staffing assumptions with business leaders.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management reporting.
Strong Excel skills and ability to build rolling forecasts without templates.
Clear, concise variance commentary suitable for CFO-level communication.
High attention to detail and strict deadline discipline.
Comfortable coordinating with accounting, HR, and department heads on monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance interface to department heads and business unit leaders for budget accountability.
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actual reporting cycle and deliver variance commentary.
Maintain a live 12-month rolling OpEx forecast updated monthly.
Own headcount model actuals vs. budget and forward-looking staffing assumptions.
Prepare OpEx and headcount sections of the annual operating budget and related reports.
Prepare recurring operating expenditure inputs for contractual reporting obligations.
