Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance – Operations in Neenah, WI to lead a finance operations team delivering high-quality reporting, analysis, and decision-support for the Services network. You will partner with senior operations leaders to drive profitable growth and cost efficiency across the network.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive finance experience, 2+ years of people leadership, and an MBA or equivalent; you will shape budgeting, forecasting, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience; manufacturing/ops experience advantageous.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance operations team to deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and business support.
• Partner with operations leaders to influence budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation decisions.
• Analyze results, trends and variances to identify risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives.
