Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Cancer Center is hiring an OCRST Finance Manager to oversee the IIT finance program, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting across multiple trials. You will coordinate with the OCRST Program Director and collaborate with the CCTO, HCTU, UC Health, and Grants offices to ensure compliant financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of pre- or post-award experience including accounting responsibilities.
• Experience with university financial applications and contract budgeting.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contract budget terms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the OCRST Finance Program and coordinate all activities.
• Oversee financial activities related to IITs, ORIEN, NCTN/LAPS budgets and IIT lifecycle.
• Perform pre-award review and signoff for assigned trials; manage invoicing and reconciliations.
• Lead OCRST finance staff and develop budgets/forecasts with leadership.
• Collaborate with PI, Cancer Center leadership, and Grants and Contracts offices.
