Job summary

The Office of Clinical Trials (OCT) Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus provides centralized business, financial, administrative, and programmatic support for OCT initiatives, with primary focus on CRAO, CReST, Recruitment, and Workforce Development.

This role ensures continuity of critical support, collaborates with OCT leadership and campus stakeholders, and helps drive compliant, scalable administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field.
• One year of professional experience in business operations, administrative coordination, financial administration, procurement, program coordination, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business and administrative support for OCT programs, including operational coordination and general program support.
• Coordinate procurement, ordering, vendor setup, software renewals, and purchasing requests; manage Concur expense reports and related billing records.
• Provide coordination and meeting support for OCT programs, including scheduling, minutes, dashboards, SOPs, and transition materials.
• Support OCT billing activities including iLab invoicing and expense allocation to funding sources.
• Support Workforce Development administrative activities including scheduling, logistics, and event coordination.
• Develop and maintain Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, Teams for workflow tracking and cross-program coordination.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and staff, and support special projects and process improvements.
