Job summary

RTX, the world''s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Finance lead (M3) for the Missiles Airborne and Seapower product line. The role focuses on financial excellence across program finance, FP&A, EACs, and proposal support, supporting a portfolio of IOT programs and leading a direct report.

This onsite position is based in MA with additional locations and relocation not offered. You will interact closely with PS Program Teams and leadership to drive cost, schedule, and resource

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or an Advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or a similar system.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and provide analysis for a IOT portfolio of programs.
• Growth and development of direct report.
• Prepare and brief finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required.
• Estimates at Complete (EACs) of required programs.
• Support the development of the long range and annual operating plans.
• Monthly forecast development and presentation (FP&A).
• Support proposal development and program startup / contract closeout activities.
