RTX is seeking a Finance Lead (M3) for the Missiles Airborne and Seapower product line, onsite in MA locations. The role focuses on financial planning, execution, and leadership across a portfolio of IOT programs, with responsibilities spanning EACs, FP&A, and program startup activities.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and familiarity with SAP, BW, RPlan, and EDIT+. U.S.

• Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The finance lead position will supporting a portfolio of IOT programs and provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to build their foundational finance skills while growing their managerial skillset.

The selected candidate will have significant exposure to Product Support leadership and will work closely with the PS Program Teams and functional support leads on making financial, execution, and resource decisions. The selected candidate will have 1 direct report and be responsible for financial excellence across all program finance and business-related activities including cost and schedule execution and reporting, Estimates at Complete (EACs), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), proposal support, and IOT management.The selected candidate must excel at multi-tasking, effective and influential communication, innovative problem solving, and possess a proactive skillset. This role is being offered in an onsite capacity located in Tewksbury, MA. Other allowable locations are: Portsmouth, RI; McKinney, TX; or Louisville, KY Relocation assistance is not being provided.
