Job summary

Partiful, a NY-based company, is seeking its first finance hire to own the finance function end-to-end, building systems, models, and operational infrastructure to support growth. You will model scenarios, manage P&L, and collaborate across teams to enable fast, confident decisions.

This hybrid role requires 4–6 years in finance, startup experience, and strong modeling ability. MBA is a plus and you’ll work in a flexible, in-person NY office 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of finance experience, startup exposure preferred.
• Foundation in PE or IB and startup experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience underwriting deals and deal structuring.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own Partiful's financial model and keep it updated.
• Model scenarios for key decisions such as hiring and fundraising.
• Own pricing strategies and unit economics.
• Manage the financials of ticketing deals and ROI.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax firms.
• Design finance controls and processes end-to-end.
• Drive cost reduction across the business.
• Build and own budget infrastructure with leads and Ramp configurations.
• Handle day-to-day finance ops: AP/AR, reporting, cash management.
