Kohler Co. is seeking a finance professional to support Global Transportation, including inbound freight, delivery, and interplant freight, under the Director - Finance, Global Supply Chain.

This onsite role in Kohler, WI focuses on annual planning, monthly forecasting, and strategic transportation projects, partnering with leadership across Transportation, Distribution, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Requirements include a BS in Accounting/Finance, strong communication, and SAP/Excel/BPC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is the minimum requirement.
• Strong communication ability to engage across organizational levels in financial/managerial contexts.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent ERP), Excel, and BPC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the global transportation forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Lead monthly forecasting activities for North America and support global transportation planning across units.
• Consolidate, analyze, and communicate transportation financial performance vs. plan/forecast/ prior year.
