You will build and maintain financial models, drive the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and deliver timely insights to guide decisions.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years in financial support of manufacturing or distribution are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years financial support in a manufacturing or distribution organization.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance lead for Distribution and Transportation across eight NA facilities.
• Build and maintain financial models to monitor key metrics.
• Drive yearly budget and monthly forecasts to support decision making.
• Oversee overhead spend and cost-reduction projects; identify variance drivers.
• Lead analytical reporting on transportation spend to reveal cost changes.
• Maintain KPI status updates for effective decision making.
• Assist in monthly operational reviews and recurring deliverables.
• Support risk management and process improvements in finance.
• Support inventory control cycle counts at Distribution Centers.
