As the Finance Lead at Lumos, you will own all aspects of finance. You will have the opportunity to shape our annual targets, define internal processes, contribute to key business initiatives, and work closely with leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Investor Relations: Assist with quarterly Board Meeting reporting, fundraising, and managing banking relationships.
- Sales Finance: Collaborate with sales leadership to set and measure targets, analyze performance, support large enterprise deal structuring, and provide revenue forecasts.
- Strategic Finance: Analyze long-term impacts of business decisions, explore new product and revenue opportunities, and identify cost-saving measures.
- Finance Operations: Improve current workflows, identify process improvements, and develop scalable solutions for current and future challenges.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Manage long-term financial models, lead planning and forecasting processes, and conduct budget reviews.
- Accounting: Oversee accounting functions, manage external accounting partnerships, ensure timely closes, and maintain internal controls.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of finance experience with a proven impact across strategic and operational domains.
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience managing Sales Finance processes end-to-end, including target setting, pricing, deal support, and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to prepare and present materials to executive teams and investors, especially for quarterly board meetings.
- FP&A experience is a plus, but a strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making are more important.
- Comfort with ambiguity, building systems while scaling, and thriving in evolving environments.
