About The Role

As a CBRE Sector Lead - Sr Finance Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing all departmental finance functions. This role involves maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls within the Financial Strategy and Operations function.

What You'll Do

• Provide supervision to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Oversee recruiting and hiring processes.
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Set and monitor department deadlines, mentor staff, and develop financial policies and procedures.
• Assist executive management with strategic planning and business direction.
• Review and approve capital expenditure projects.
• Drive financial performance across disciplines and lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values.
• Negotiate with senior management, customers, and external parties to reach strategic agreements.
• Conceptualize new methods, processes, and standards across functions.
• Resolve complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
