About The Role

As a CBRE Sector Lead - Sr Finance Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing all departmental finance functions. This role is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function, responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You'll Do
  • Provide supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting.
  • Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Plan, approve, and execute budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and reporting processes.
  • Assist executive management in setting business direction.
  • Establish departmental priorities, develop financial policies and procedures.
  • Support initiatives within the business as the point of contact for Operations.
  • Review and approve capex projects under company guidelines.
  • Drive financial and operational performance across disciplines and the organization.
  • Lead by example, embody CBRE RISE values, and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize new methods, techniques, and standards.
  • Resolve complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.
  • Require global experience.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 12-15 years of relevant experience; experience and education may substitute.
  • Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for handling sensitive and complex information.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and mathematical skills for financial calculations.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

The minimum salary is $190,000 and the maximum is $230,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses. Salary depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
