Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to oversee training and development for the Finance team at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role focuses on onboarding, mentoring, and delivering development sessions to improve performance and staff skills.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, newsletters and memos, and reporting progress to leadership. Travel to North American locations for auditing and training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
• Create, update and maintain department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
