Uline is launching a three-year Finance Department training program at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, offering hands-on rotations across Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit to build a strong financial foundation.

You will learn from seasoned professionals, expand your network through mentoring, and be prepared for a leadership role after program completion; the role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong internal/external relationships.
