Johnsonville Holton is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist (Finance) to design and deliver onboarding and training that empowers Members to excel on the floor. You will be the primary point of contact for training at the Holton facility, ensuring safety procedures, job knowledge, and Johnsonville Way alignment are instilled from day one.

You will collaborate with coaches, team leaders, and online trainers to build standard work instructions, monitor progress, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience providing instruction to individuals and groups.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office; knowledge of training platforms (e.g., Redzone).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming onboarding environment and great member experience.
• Plan and facilitate onboarding and training in various settings.
• Ensure new members have essential knowledge to work on the floor and reinforce procedures.
• Collaborate with coaches and teams to improve onboarding and training processes.
• Track training progress and report results to the Learning & Development Coordinator.
• Own the 'Great First Day' program at the facility.
