Job summary

IDEX, Warren Rupp unit in Mansfield, OH, seeks a Director of Finance & IT to lead the local finance and IT organizations, ensure GAAP reporting and SOX compliance, and partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive profitable growth.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, capital investment analysis, and technology roadmap execution while building high-performing teams and shaping strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent credential preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, controls, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive performance.
• SOX requirements knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary financial advisor to GM and leadership team.
• Provide analysis to drive revenue growth and capital decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Drive monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and reviews.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness.
• Oversee IT function and technology roadmap alignment.
