Job summary
Kforce has a client seeking a Manager IT Finance Applications in Sioux City, IA. This role is hybrid and leads Finance Systems teams to deliver technology solutions for GL, AP, budgeting, and reporting.
You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and drive system enhancements, with emphasis on collaboration between Finance and IT. Strong leadership and analytics are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing enterprise business applications.
- Previous people leadership experience managing 2-7 direct reports.
- Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed project teams of 5+ individuals.
- Strong understanding of finance operations including GL, AP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Finance Systems professionals.
- Manage direct reports including performance management and career development.
- Partner with Finance leadership to identify business needs and deliver tech solutions.
