Job summary

Cooltra is seeking a finance intern to support accounts payable and receivable in Barcelona. You will help reconcile bank movements, post supplier invoices, and assist treasury and customer invoicing activities in a multinational setting.

The role requires an accounting/finance background with Spanish and English fluency, and an internship agreement for at least 4 months and 40 hours per week. Hybrid work applies, with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of Spanish and English.
• Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or business school for at least 4 months and 40 hours per week.
• Studies related to accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP.
• Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX.
• Supports Treasury Committee processes for subsidiaries.
• Prepares receipts and reconciliation of customer invoices and receipts.
• Participates in refunds to customers process.
• Supports cash reconciliation for Cooltra shops.
• Manages bank remittances and bank rejections.
• Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts.
