Job summary

Ally Financial offers a 11‑week paid internship program designed to bridge academics with real-world corporate experience. Interns will engage with diverse teams nationwide, receive mentorship, and participate in project‑based work, orientation, and executive speaker series.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, attend orientation, and have opportunities to network and contribute to meaningful projects while exploring a potential return to Ally in a full‑time or other intern role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during internship) in a full‑time undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• 0+ years of experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
