Job summary

Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship, connecting you with diverse teams nationwide and leadership exposure. You will gain hands-on experience with project-based work, mentorship, and opportunities to attend orientation and executive speaking series.

The Risk internship program is within Independent Risk Management (IRM) and includes mentoring, teamwork, and networking, with potential to return to Ally in early talent or full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Attend formal company orientation and training.
• Participate in executive speaking series.
• Hands-on experience in area of study with project-based work.
• Engage in Employee Resource Group mentoring and networking opportunities.
