Job summary

La-Z-Boy Internship Program in Monroe, MI offers a Finance-focused role within the World HQ Finance Department. You’ll participate in projects across finance functions and gain hands-on business exposure while building core skills.

The program emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and presenting outcomes to leaders, as well as a hybrid work arrangement with two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year Bachelor's degree in Finance with 2–3 years completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team-based environment as well as independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for success.

• Support the Finance Department with various projects.
• Develop business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy strategies and processes.
