Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated, located in Monroe, MI, invites an ambitious IT internship student to join our World HQ IT Department. The role delivers hands-on exposure to IT projects, business processes, and strategic initiatives while you develop professional skills.

You will work in a hybrid environment, partnering with colleagues across functions, and you’ll gain valuable experience that supports our sustainability and innovation goals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year IT degree with 2–3 years completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support IT projects and gain hands-on experience in La‑Z‑Boy's IT organization.
• Develop business acumen and knowledge of company strategy and processes.
• Collaborate with IT team and other departments to complete assignments.
